How to serve: For a milk porridge, stir 3–4 tbsp (20 g) into about 200 ml of your baby's usual prepared milk, cooled to about 50 °C, and let it swell. For a fruit or vegetable porridge, stir 2–3 tbsp into 100 ml cooled boiled water and add about 100 g of fruit or vegetable purée. Do not heat in the microwave, feed with a spoon and do not reuse leftovers.
