Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We love hearing from our families! With that being said, any comments that violate the spirit of this blog will be deleted.

Such comments include:

  • Spam or comments that are only promotional in nature. Including a link to relevant content is permitted, but comments should be relevant
  • Comments that contain offensive content. This includes subjects that are vulgar, threatening, abusive, pornagraphic, misleading, or otherwise offensive

Any private and personal information (such as email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, etc) posted in the comments will be deleted as soon as possible to protect the privacy of the commenter. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Please remember that this is a public space, all images shared will be shared with others as well.

Contact forms

Contact forms are used to collect your name, email address and any comments you have. You can opt into our marketing emails and also unsubscribe. For updated information, release of new products, and wholesale opportunities, please subscribe to our blog, newsletters, and follow us on Facebook.
