Why parents choose European baby formula

European infant formula is made under the EU’s detailed rules for infant and follow-on formula, which set requirements for ingredients and nutrients, including mandatory DHA (omega-3). Many European formulas, including HiPP, Holle and Kendamil, are made with organic milk, and several are made without palm oil.

Find the right formula by stage

• PRE and Stage 1: from birth
• Stage 2: follow-on formula from 6 months
• Stage 3: from 10 or 12 months, depending on the brand
• Stage 4 and toddler milk: from 12 months or 2 years

Cow, goat or hypoallergenic?

Cow’s milk formula is the most common choice. Goat milk formulas from HiPP, Holle, Kendamil, Kabrita, Jovie, Nannycare and Pure Goat are a popular alternative.
