How long does shipping take?
We ship from fresh stock in our EU and UK warehouses. Orders over $100 ship free by express and usually arrive within 1–4 business days of shipping. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. See our shipping policy.
Will I pay customs or import duties in the US?
No. US orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid, so you won’t get a customs bill at your door.
Is the formula fresh and authentic?
Yes. Every product is genuine, sourced in Europe in its original packaging, and shipped from fresh, recently produced batches with long expiry dates.
Which stage should I choose?
PRE or Stage 1 is for babies from birth, Stage 2 from about 6 months, and Stage 3 from about 10–12 months. Exact ages vary by brand, so check the product page, or use Shop by baby’s age above.
Which brand is right for my baby?
HiPP, Holle and Kendamil are all organic European formulas with slightly different recipes. Our guide HiPP vs Holle vs Kendamil explains the differences. Always talk to your pediatrician before starting or switching formula.
