Why parents choose European baby formula
European infant formula is made under the EU’s detailed rules for infant and follow-on formula, which set requirements for ingredients and nutrients, including mandatory DHA (omega-3). Many European formulas, including HiPP, Holle and Kendamil, are made with organic milk, and several are made without palm oil.
Find the right formula by stage
Cow, goat or hypoallergenic?
Cow’s milk formula is the most common choice. Goat milk formulas from HiPP, Holle, Kendamil, Kabrita, Jovie, Nannycare and Pure Goat are a popular alternative. HA formulas use partially hydrolysed protein. Neither goat nor HA formulas are suitable for babies with a diagnosed cow’s milk protein allergy. Read more in our goat vs cow milk formula guide.
