REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At MamaMe, your baby's health, safety, and well-being are our highest priorities.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of infant formula, toddler formula, baby cereals, porridges, or other consumable baby food products.
These products require proper storage and handling conditions. Once an item has left our facility, we cannot verify how it has been stored, transported, or handled. For the safety of all babies and families we serve, returned food products cannot be restocked or resold, even if they remain unopened.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will do our best to assist when possible.
- If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.
- Orders may only be cancelled or changed before processing begins.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or a shipping label has been created, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Clear photos of the affected item(s)
Please note:
- Dented cans are generally not considered damaged unless the seal has been compromised, the can is punctured, leaking, or otherwise unsafe for use.
- Shipping-related damage claims may require review by the carrier.
- Additional information may be requested to process replacement or claim requests.
NON-FOOD PRODUCTS
Certain non-consumable products may be eligible for return or subject to different consumer rights depending on the product type and destination country. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions regarding a specific product.

Consumer rights may vary depending on your country of residence. Certain products sold by MamaMe, including infant formula, toddler formula, baby cereals, porridges, and other consumable baby food products, may be exempt from withdrawal or return rights due to health, hygiene, safety, and food-related considerations.
